Researcher Development: Introduction to Research Skills Online

This Introduction to Research Skills workshop is for postgraduates who have recently returned to study, and academic researchers who are looking to update their library skills.

The workshop will cover:

  • Constructing searches using boolean, phrase, proximity and truncation operators
  • Exploring search tools in FiNDit and Google Scholar
  • Selecting and searching appropriate databases for your field of study

Online: streamed via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent to you in the reminder email one day before the event starts.
