Study Skills Fair (NDS2/222)

The UNDA Study Skills Fair is part of the Orientation programme, so you can also see details on the Orientation app and website. NDS2 is the building in the rear left hand corner of the courtyard behind St Benedict's Church on Broadway and it's in room 222.

The fair is designed to give new students a flying start to their studies at Notre Dame. It is suitable for students in any programme at foundation or undergraduate level.

The timetable for the day is:

10 am - 10.30 am: Welcome and prayer 

10.30 – 10.55: Session 1: Using Blackboard - the UNDA Learning Management System

11.00 – 11.25: Session 2: Cloud storage and sharing at uni

11.30 – 11.55: Session 3: Making the most of study time

11.55 – 12.15: Morning Tea

12.15 - 12.40: Session 4: Making the most of the careers service

12.45 – 1.10: Session 4: Making the most of your mathematical brain

1.10 – 2.00: Optional guided walk around UNDA OR stay and sort out your queries with staff or students from UNDA

These sessions, together with five more, are also available online (see the calendar for Monday and Tuesday).

It will be useful (but not essential) if students have their own device with them.
