Researcher Development: Alert Services In-Person

This session will introduce you to different kinds of alerts and a range of current awareness services. Alerts help you to stay up-to-date with the most recent publications and developments in your area.

Track new research through:

• Table of content (TOC) alerts to receive the latest issue of your favourite journals

• Search alerts to save your search terms and be sent any new articles on that topic

• Citation alerts to track your own publications when someone cites your work or create an alert to new articles that cite particular authors and works in which you are interested

• RSS alert feeds
