Integrating sources into your writing (Quoting, paraphrasing and summarizing)
There are three main ways to integrate sources into your writing; quoting, paraphrasing and summarising. Integrating a source means using another authors’ writing in your own work. Examples of how to integrate each source will be demonstrated and explained. This workshop will emphasise the importance of referencing the work of others and the importance of Academic Integrity.
