Literature Searching for Researchers In-Person
This Research Skills session is for postgraduates and researchers who are looking to update and further develop their library skills. There will be a focus on how to use the Library resources to help with Literature Reviews.
In this hands on workshop:
- Find out how to get the best out of our resources
- Utilise advanced search techniques
- Select, locate and search databases and online resources relevant to your field
- Learn tips to help you capture and store information and resources
- Use ‘keeping up to date’ tools such as alerting services to save time and effort
*Note that attendees may also wish to book a one-on-one session with Jackie on Wednesday morning to get advice and assistance with individual research topics.
